We ship same day if the order is placed before 2 pm EST on a business day. After that, package will be picked up the morning of the following business day. Due to uncontrollable circumstances with the carrier themselves, we can only guarantee a timely shipping and handling turnaround period at our office only, once it leaves it is out of our hands...literally.
